8:00 AM – 8:30 AM: Begin the journey at Hoan Kiem Lake. Go by bicycle to Phi Truong Fishpond.
8:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Enjoy lotus tea and discover the secret traditional Viet tea culture. Have snacks including Green bean cakes and Com-Banana which are customary food of Hanoi people eaten during autumn.
